I’m Coach Walt, a dedicated personal trainer and health coach based in sunny San Diego, CA. My passion lies in promoting overall fitness and wellness, guiding clients towards their best selves. With a focus on corrective exercise, body transformation, and strength training, I prioritize perfecting movement mechanics to help individuals live pain-free. I believe in challenging stability to improve movement both in and out of the gym.
